I downloaded it last year, from what I've used of it, it basically IS Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons only on the computer.  They also have a math program, keep your eyes open.  Seems like that was free shortly after the reading one.

I second that. I switched my daughter from the book to the computer and she loved doing it on the computer. I kept saying to myself, "this is just like the book Teach your child to read in 100 EZ lessons except on the computer".
My 4 yr old has started  the program now.
