I am using The Head of the Class to supplement my 3 youngest along with their Abeka.  It has gotten to the point with homeschooling 4 we are so overwhelmed with all of the bookwork that I try to give them some subjects from HOC maybe once or twice a week to ease up on some of the bookwork and give them a break from books.   They all seem to enjoy the computer based learning.

I am looking for something in any way similar to HOC to supplement for my 8th grader along with Abeka.  Is there anything out there that she could benefit from like the younger ones.  She's getting frustrated when they have a day of HOC and she's stuck with bookwork.  I have searched and googled nearly all day but can't find anything that doesn't cost a fortune.

Have you looked at this? I haven't tried it, but someone in my HS group told me about it and she and her daughter love it. I need to look more into it for myself before my 7th grader drives me completely insane.

Thanks Leigh, I will definitely be checking that out. 

My daughter's 8th grade work is driving me insane, sad to say that I'm taking almost the same math in college as she is now.   I really wanted to try switched on schoolhouse but its just not in our budget.
