OK, you all have seen and maybe even used the carpet powders you sprinkle on the carpet and then vaccuum up. I made my own using baking soda and lavendar essential oil. I sprinkled it all over the couches and floor, let set for about an hour and then vaccuumed it all up. It smelled great and pulled up any musty odors in the floor from all the damp weather we had.
And...it's safe for babies, pets, and allergies and does not make your house smell like cheap potpourri.
