In order to get some discussion going, how about we post links to our favorite sites about saving money, finding deals, giveaways, etc?
I've been reading The Dollar Stretcher off and on for years. New stuff every week, and lots of info in the archives.
http://www.stretcher.com/index.cfmI like Prizey for finding giveaways. I love that you can search just through giveaways that are about to end. I typically don't enter giveaways that have thousands of entries, since the odds are pretty low, but this way you can basically see whether it's worth your time. (Less than 100 entries=pretty good odds.)
www.prizey.netIf you happen to be on Twitter, I follow a few people who are always on top of all the deals:

I use Swagbucks to earn points to trade in for Amazon gift cards. I've only ever earned $20, which isn't huge money, but I was just searching the internet like I would anyway. You also get credit for referrals, although I don't have any.
www.kidswoot.com periodically has some really good deals. I was looking a while back at some Pokemon sleeping bags for the kids, at Toys R Us, for $20 ea, plus shipping. I decided against buying them, and later found the same ones on Kidswoot. I was able to buy two for around $13, and that included shipping.

I love bookcloseouts.com for cheap books. (Of any material object in the world, books are probably my weakness.

) The assortment is pretty random, but they have an awesome sale a couple of times a year, and even at their regular prices I've been able to pick up some really nice Usborne books for just a few bucks. I typically place an order here maybe twice a year, and stock up on nice books for our homeschool, as well as for gifts.
