I use a manilla folder and mark the date on the tab and then use a file folder "holder" and store all Sun paper inserts in each folder by date. I clip as I need them. I find this saves me time in clipping, especially when I end up clipping stuff I don't use.

SouthernSavers.com website has a list of the coupons that go w/each deal, so it will have a date and an insert name. I go to the date, pull the insert out, and clip what I need. Easy Pie!

I thought I would give the couponing forum some love  Wink

I hardly ever clip anymore. You can use a coupon clipping service like www.coupondede.com  and only pay around 7 cents for each coupon. She will mail them to you already cut and ready to go. No more buying newspapers and spending hours cutting and sorting !!

Does she send you every coupon in the inserts? That is a lot of coups and wouldn't it add up? How much on average do you pay per week for your coupons? And how soon do you get them? I like to go shopping on Mon or Tues and I would get thrown off if I had to wait for my coupons to come.

No you only  buy the coupons you want and how many of each you want. Just as an example today I bought 10 coupons for $1/1 quaker oatmeal and 20 coupons for $2.25/1 finish tablets. These are higher value and popular coupons, so they were a little more expensive. I paid .15 each for the oatmeal and .20 each for the finish tablets plus .94 for shipping. I typically don't use even half of the coupons in my newspaper, so purchasing only the ones I want ends up saving me money. She ships them from Texas first class the day you buy them. So it usually takes 3-4 days for me to get them. I on average spend $4-5 for coupons each week, sometimes less sometimes more. It just depends whats on sale that week  Wink
